At Haniya Vacation Homes, we maintain a clear and straightforward cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage all guests to review their travel plans carefully before confirming a reservation.
Policy Details
Pending Bookings
Can Be CancelledBookings that have not yet been confirmed can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard at no charge.
Confirmed Bookings
Non-RefundableOnce a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. The full booking amount will be retained regardless of whether the guest checks in or not.
No-Shows
Full ChargeIf a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund available.
Important Notice
- Please ensure your travel dates are final before completing your booking.
- Date modifications for confirmed bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
