1. Introduction

Welcome to Haniya Vacation Homes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a booking
• Valid identification is required at check-in
• The lead guest must be present during the entire stay

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Some properties may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Property Rules

Guests agree to abide by the following rules:

• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
• No exceeding the maximum occupancy
• Keep the property in good condition

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies by property and will be clearly stated before booking. The deposit is refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to property inspection.

7. Liability

Haniya Vacation Homes is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
